Shipping & Returns

Orders are dispatched within two business days. Once a piece leaves us, delivery usually takes a further two to four business days to the metros and four to seven business days across the rest of India. These are estimates rather than promises — a remote pin code or a public holiday can add a day or two.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹4,999. Below that a flat delivery fee is added at checkout, shown clearly before you pay so there is nothing to work out afterwards.

As soon as your order is on its way we send the tracking details by email. Keep your order number handy — it is on your confirmation — if you need to ask about it.

If a piece is not right for your home, you have fifteen days from delivery to return it. Items should come back unused and unwashed, with their original packaging and any tags still attached, so we can pass them on in the condition they left in.

To start a return, get in touch with the order number to hand and we will guide you through it. Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within five to seven business days of us receiving it — the time it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
